When will I receive my order?
Domestic orders
For domestic orders (orders within Australia), we use Australia Post as our shipping carrier. If you selected standard shipping at checkout, your order should take between 3 to 10 business days once it is sent out. If you selected express shipping at checkout, your order should be delivered in 1 to 2 business days once it is sent out.
International orders
At the moment, we are only shipping within Australia, but we’re working hard to make shipping available to other countries.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is currently unavailable. However, we’re working hard to make shipping available to order outside of Australia
How can I track my order?
For domestic orders (orders within Australia), we use Australia Post as our shipping carrier. If you selected express shipping at checkout, once your order is out for delivery you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order here.

What is the cost of shipping?
For domestic orders, shipping is currently calculated by the total weight of your order:

ORDERS
How long will it take for my order to be packed and processed?
Orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding public holidays. You will receive email confirmation when your order is on its way to you. On launch/release days, these processing times may be delayed due to the volume of orders and enquiries we may be dealing with.
Can I cancel my order?
No. Once you have paid for and confirmed your order, you are not able to cancel your order.
Can I make changes to my order?
No. Once you have paid for and confirmed your order, you are not able to make changes to your order.
Can I exchange my item with another item?
Yes. We accept exchanges if the following conditions are met:
- the original item you ordered is returned in the same condition you received it (i.e. no marks, stains or defects)
- the item is returned in its original packaging
- the item still has its tags attached
- hygiene stickers have not been tampered with
- in the case of a request for an exchange, the item you wish to exchange your original item with is in stock
- the item you wish to exchange is shipped to SHADIE BY EA within 7 days of your request for a refund or exchange being processed.
If the cost of your original item is less than the item you wish to exchange it with, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
If the cost of your original item is more than the item you wish to exchange it with, SHADIE BY EA will reimburse you with the difference.
Is there a time limit on exchanges?
No. As long as the conditions above are met, you may process an exchange at any time after your purchase.
Who pays the shipping costs for returns or exchanges?
You are responsible for the costs associated with sending your order to us. However, if your item was faulty, or you were sent the wrong item, size, colour, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping upon receipt of your returned item/s.
SHADIE BY EA reserves the right to refuse any return or item for exchange if said items are not received in original condition. Items will not be eligible for return or exchange if they have been marked, contain stains like sweat and deodorant marks, or have other defects.

Can I get a refund on my order?
Yes. Refunds will be made if any of the items you received are faulty, significantly not as described when you purchased them, or if you were sent the wrong item, size or colours. If any of these apply, please email us at hello@shadiebyea.com
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business of an acceptable claim being approved by SHADIE BY EA. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
